Where Does Y'shua First Show Up In The Bible?

Did you know that John chapter one proclaims that another name for Y'shua, Jesus, is the Word of God. and that he actually claims it, when he alludes to himself, as the Alpha and the Omega, in the Book of Revelation? However, what is not widely known is that the Alef and the Tav, the Hebrew equilivant, for Alpha and Omega, can be found, in the Hebrew text, right after the word Elohim, in the first verse of the Bible. If we read the first verse of the Bible as they do in Hebrew, with all silent letters, it would read, "In the beginning, God (Elohim), The Alef and Tav, (Alpha and Omega), created the heavens and the earth." Amazingly, the name of Y'shua, Jesus, is nestled covertly, in the first verse of the Bible, thereby supporting John chapter 1, where it says , "In the beginning was the Word... and nothing was created, without the Word of God."

  1. The Hebrew language is amazing, and it is wonderful the way that' 'Yahweh' 'saves' through that Word.

  2. Jesus Christ is the Alpha and the Omega (Rev.22:13), and there are not TWO Alpha and Omega.
    Yahweh is NOT the Alpha.

  3. Paul,
even the angel in Revelation ch. 22 speaks as if he is Jesus, saying those words, yet the angel said not to bow down to him, just as Jesus said 'Why do you call me good, only God is goodl' God speaks to us through His Word made flesh, Jesus (Y'shua in the original language, and what He would have been called). It is the Spirit Who was in the body of Christ, and in us when we are born again, who is God. I thank God for Jesus Whom He made our Lord.

  4. Brenda, the book of Revelation is the Revelation of Jesus Christ.
In other words, Jesus Christ made known.

  5. Brenda, You have, without a doubt, received the gift of the Indwelling Holy Spirit of God and are part of the Holy Remnant, that God reserves onto himself in every generation. I say this because God has and is continuing to reveal his Word to you, and you embrace and relish every part of it. Just as the priests washed in the laver of the Tabernacle and Temple everyday, you and I wash in the laver of God Word. Our hearts grow sure as we washed deeper into God Word of God. Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.

    1. Thank you Keith for your encouragement, it is true that I absolutely love the Word of God.
Today my friend and I have been both at a church coffee morning, which I know the Lord led us to, and out in the streets with our leaflets.
I can not put into words the love that I have felt that God has for both groups of people, and the ability and power that He has to draw them to Himself through the sharing of Christ crucified in the way He chooses to do it.
I believe all meetings are for a purpose, and I know I was meant to come across you on the internet as you know so much about the Hebrew language. We are all parts of the body of Christ on earth, and as 1 Corinthians ch. 12 vs. 12-14 says:-
'For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit.
For the body does not consist of one member but of many.'

    2. I long for the day that we all will stand before the Throne of our King. I will see you there, my friend.

  6. Paul, as always, you ignore scripture when quoting it. Yes, the Book of Revelation is the revealing or unveiling of Y'shua. However, if you read a little further, you would know that it is the revelation that God gave to Y'shua.

  7. I have deleted my previous version of this comment and rewritten it in a clearer way.

    Paul,
this is the full truth of the revelation of Y'shua, as written in Revelation ch. 1 v. 1:-
'The revelation of Jesus Christ, WHICH GOD GAVE HIM to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John

Authority coming from God, regarding what Jesus speaks, is confirmed in John ch. 17 v. 8:-
'For I have given them the words THAT YOU GAVE ME, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I CAME FROM YOU; and they have believed that YOU SENT ME.'

    I believe this.
