Are You Part Of The 90% Plus Being Manipulated?

Did you know that a mind boggling 90%+ of the human race do not check out the "FACTS" that are given to them? In a recent study, performed by Zignal Labs, over 90% of humans, on planet Earth, believe the source of "FACTS", based on the face value, of the source. Over 98% get their "FACTS" from the main stream media. This is even more mind boggling since most say that their faith in the mainstream media has plummeted to an all time low of 14%, from 32% just a year ago.

Here is the US, we have a culture war going on between conservatism and liberalism. This cultural war is being fueled by baseless facts for the sole purpose of hiding what is going on behind the scenes. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that the average human being is being deliberately preoccupied, so the powers, that be, can manipulate the masses into servitude. Massive debt being piled up by the governments, which is being emulated by the average citizen, cannot be sustained.

SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE

In the End Times, the Bible tells us that there will be a lie, so great, that even the Elect could possibly be fooled.

But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times
some will fall away from the faith,
paying attention to deceitful spirits
and doctrines of demons
...For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine;
but wanting to have their ears tickled,
they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires,
and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths.
1 Timothy 4:1, 3-4

Therefore, let's fight against the deceiver and hold on to the truth.

My challenge to you, this year,
starting right now,
is to search out the truth
for yourself
and not be mislead by others.

  1. Hi Keith,
What could be better than the truth. Regarding scripture, as I always say (what my dad always said) - 'Let's see what the Lord says'.

  2. Sorry Keith,
regarding your question - No, I am part of the 10% not being manipulated.

  3. Hi Brenda. Glad to hear that. 😎 Believe it or not, I’ve had comments on Facebook that has made fun of me for posting this blog.

  4. "I am the way, and the truth, and the life"; that is the only place where truth is known. Daniel 10: refers to "the scripture of truth".

  5. Hey David. No truer words have been said. Unfortunately, there are many, within the church, that get their version of the truth from outside the Word of God. I am glad that you belong to the Remnant of God.

  6. It does not matter what people say to you for speaking about the truth Keith, what matters is that we do speak the truth and encourage others to do so. As the scripture that David has quoted reveals, there is only One way to God, His truth and eternal life - and that is through Jesus.

  7. Hi Keith, you said, “In the End Times, the Bible tells us that there will be a lie, so great, that even the Elect could possibly be fooled.”

    Yes, surely so !
How do you know that is not you ? :-)

  8. Paul,
when I read your last comment to Keith this verse from the Bible came straight into my mind:-

'These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.' Acts ch. 17 v.11.

This is what we do to see if what is spoken by anyone is according to what is written in the scriptures to make sure that we are not fooled by a lie.

  9. Paul, that answer is quite simple. Truth has one standard and that standard is the Word of God.

As David wrote about home, the Bible is a book of truth. Daniel 10:21

As Brenda wrote above, we are told to reference the Scriptures as our standard of truth against and for all teachings. Acts 17:11 this is been the standard for our ministry and for the remnant of God since the beginning. Jesus use this method in his battles with Satan, while he was on this earth.

Can I be wrong? Absolutely! That is why I cling to Acts 17:11.

You may not believe this, but I go to the Scriptures every time we debate, because of the frailty of our minds and the sin of my pride, which is kept in check by my 100 percent trust in the Word of God. .

I praise God for our debates, which makes us dig deeper into the Word of God. I praise God for the Word of God that manifested Jesus for our salvation.

  10. Hi Brenda, isn’t it great to have an anchor that is embedded in the rock of ages?

  11. Hi Keith,
I always find it amazing that as we continue to learn from that written Word it is brought to our remembrance when needed - to change our ways into God's ways.
It is just like learning a new language. The more we learn and practice that language, as we are spoken to through that Word, the more that language becomes a part of us and we are able to understand it. It is a living Word that is able to change us spiritually.

    I love what 2 Corinthians ch. 5 vs.16 - 18 says:-
'So from now on we regard no one according to the flesh. Although we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come! All this is from God, Who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:…'

  12. This reminds me of Psalms 1

Happy is the one who has not walked in the advice of the wicked, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the seat of scoffers. But his delight is in the Torah of Adonai, and on His Torah he meditates day and night.

He will be like a planted tree over streams of water, producing its fruit during its season.

Its leaf never droops— but in all he does, he succeeds.

    The wicked are not so.

For they are like chaff that the wind blows away. Therefore the wicked will not stand during the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For Adonai knows the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked leads to ruin.

  13. Hey Brenda, I like the "to change our ways into God's ways." I totally agree. The more we walk and talk like our Father, the more we become one with him.

  14. Hey Cheryl, I especially like the section that says,

"He will be like a planted tree over streams of water, producing its fruit during its season."

As long as we stay planted, with our roots sunk into the waters, we'll be ok. I'm reminded that the Law says that we need to wash daily in the laver. The laver represents the Word of God.

  15. It looks like to me that people have been doing this exact same thing since the time of Christ. With the truth staring him directly in the eyes, Pilate still asked, "What is Truth?"

    Sorry, put the wrong chapter.

I love what Jesus says in John ch. 16 v. 13 regarding the 'truth'.
'However, when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak what He hears, and He will declare to you what is to come.…

  17. Chris, it still amazes me that people still ask that question with the evidence right in front of them. If we didn't know the source of that deception, it would be totally befuddling. That's why I wrote this post. Sometimes you have to dangle the truth in front of peoples noses, before they take notice of it.

  18. Isn't it amazing Brenda, how many people missed the part, "...He will GUIDE you into all truth." It doesn't say that he will do a data dump and you'll know. It implies that the Spirit of God will lead you through the evidence and allows you to make that 'FREEWILL' choice to accept the truth or take your own route.

  19. Absolutely Keith,
I could not have worded it better, the choice is ours. Y'shua has already shown us the road back to GOD, it is up to us whether we follow Him along the path of salvation or whether we take the road to destruction.

  20. Amen!!! To what you have said here. Now, how do we get the message out when no one wants to listen to the "Truth"?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Hi Anonymous There are many that want to listen to the truth, and it is the Holy Spirit that leads us into all truth. Also God's Word can not go out and return void to Him. We all have a choice - we can either believe what that Word says or choose not to believe it. The choice is ours which road we take, there is a final destination to both.

  22. Brenda, you took the words right out of my mouth.

Anonymous, I totally agree with Brenda. Keep in mind that it's not our job to lead people to the truth. It's our job to put the truth out there and allow the Holy Spirit do his job and lead them to the various places that have the actual truth.

I like the way you put truth into quotations. That is exactly the problem we encounter in the world today. Truth is so subjective, depending on who you talk to. However, God's Truth is the one and only genuine Truth. Put God's Truth out there and the Spirit will lead them to it. It doesn't matter if you only have one visitor to your website, YouTube, blog, whatever. Your faithfulness in putting out the Truth of God could be there for that one individual that finally comes to the Faith. Trust me, I would rather be a stepping stone to someone's salvation than have over a million readers. Great Question!

  23. Amen to what you have said Keith.

  24. Wow! I don't want sound mean, but it was nice to read through all the comments and not have Paul trying to drag it off subject. It was refreshing. As for the post subject, I had a elder tell me once that the truth was subjective. I knew that it was time to get out of there. Truth is not subjective. Truth is objective and free to all who will see, if they only open their eyes. Good Post!, but I wish I was still on vacation. HaHa

  25. Yes, it was refreshing, but we have been over at his blog, duking it out. Amen to what you said.

"Truth is not subjective. Truth is objective and free to all who will see, if they only open their eyes." I like it.
