Did you know that Noah did not take two of every animal into the ark as we have been taught? In fact, Noah took in seven pairs of all clean animals and two of every unclean animal. The clean animals were used for sacrifice and eating, after the flood. This does, however, raises an intriguing question of, how did Noah know, "What was clean and unclean?", since the law wasn't given until Moses. The answer is that the law had been given to man, beginning with Adam. This was evident when God told Adam and Eve to remove the fig leaves, in lieu of a sacrificed animal skin, showing that a sacrifice of a innocent animal was required for the covering of their disobedience.
