Yes, Jesus is the express image of God. Who is Spirit, and was brought into the world to save the world. This is why we have to be born again of the Holy Spirit in order to become a child of God by learning His ways and His thoughts. John 1 v.9 states that the true light was coming into the world. Jesus spoke the Words of God, and Y'shua means YHWH saves.
ReplyDeleteHi Brenda, even though the scriptures don’t say it specifically, everything kind of points to this being a Father/Son event.
ReplyDeleteYes I believe that, as God says 'Let US make man in OUR image. Scripture also tells us that Jesus was the first of many brethren. He was the firstborn of the Spirit.
